This is in reference to a former complaint to Princess about our LAST cruise with you.

The correspondence I received from your company made NO REFERENCE to the FIRE on OUR VERANDA. I will follow this up with a hard copy letter to you corporate headquarters.

Just to let you know I have not forgotten my last cruise I took with Princess and how unaccommodating your company was over the FIRE on our veranda.

I see that others are really on target as far as NO SMOKING policies on Cruises and how they ruin our expensive vacations.

I have included the pictures of the results of the fire on our veranda&.thank God no one was harmed.
